Spring At Musavale Lodge & Themed Dinners

Spring is just around the corner and the sun is starting to grow warmer

Chris and I have been in Europe sampling some great weather and Mediterranean cuisine.

We are now gearing up for another busy season in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, bookings are already coming in for as far ahead as December and a few enquiries for Christmas and the New Year. Come and join us for relaxing days around the pool, visits to local attractions or whatever takes your interest, followed by cool sundowners and mouth watering dinners.

Themed Dinners at Musavale Lodge

Having lived in France and Italy for over thirty years Chris has amassed a veritable library of exciting recipes from which to draw to create memorable meals. With this in mind we are planning a few 'themed' dining experiences during spring and summer. Although we have not yet fixed dates, we will be offering week-ends based on Provincial French, Italian and Spanish traditional dishes. Dinners will be prepared using only genuine local recipes and with the best available organic Australian produce, served with wines from the regions.

Details will be announced in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, why not tell your friends and consider making up a party for a gastronomic treat? We will be offering discounts for group bookings. If you are local to Musavale Lodge, why not just book in for a sun downer and dinner?
