Based on years of collecting a unique portfolio of provincial French, Italian and Spanish recipes, Chris will be offering tastes of the Mediterranean as can only be gained from living there. Each dinner will be created according to local customs using only the finest of organic produce available in Australia. Top quality wines of each region have been carefully selected together with local aperitifs and digestifs to compliment each meal.
